Add Streamind Services Cateagory to AppAware

Add an AppAware category called Streaming services and add all of the streaming services: Plex, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount Plus, and ect. We have request from some of our clients to block or specific services.

🎉 Good news—most of the services requested here are already available in AppAware under the Beta category! Plex is the one exception for now.
For anything not yet in AppAware, the Streaming Media and Entertainment filtering categories are a great complement, and Allow/Block Lists give you even more granular control for specific services.
