Hi voters! Great news - this functionality exists within our product today!
Navigate to Deployments, Roaming Clients, and Manage.
The Client Name column has a computer icon - if you hover over it, you can observe more details on when the last traffic was received by device.
The Last Sync column indicates the most recent date the device was restarted.

Aliese: PLEASE expose this as a column. We don't ask for this info because its 'neat' - this is arguably far more important that the 'last sync' data as it is what indicates whether an agent is in

Scott Thomson: Appreciate the feedback. We're actually looking at some updates here with one item being a Last Traffic Sent column.

This looks like it is there now, but reporting/alerting around agents offline for more than X days would be helpful for cleanup.

and having this at a global MSP level as well as potentially a org level with the ability for them to auto email? I have a few MSP clients where they self manage and it would give them a good list to clean from...while at the same time a report per org sent to my ticket system (with org name in the subject) would let me have tickets for my own staff to clean up.

It would also be helpful to know when the current version of the agent was originally installed to the target device. If room permits, the first time the agent was seen as well. Let us know if we should split out these as separate feature requests?

Isaac That's good feedback. Right now, there's not much extra real estate on that page to add an extra column, but we're currently working on a frontend mockups to make a change to the User Agent which would allow us to print the "Site" in a different way other than taking up an entire column in the User Agent page. Hopefully we can find a way to squeeze in that, and another piece of information.
