Aaron: can you not just give them Read-Only access? Just curious, because I haven't gone through the differences between admins & read-only...but is there something they need to do that the Read-Only access doesn't allow for? Interested because I will need to be granting access to our accounting folks as well, and want to make sure I give them all the access they need.

Steven: I originally gave our accountant read-only access... then they sent me a screenshot showing the entire Billing menu is missing from that permission level. I had to give full admin for them to be able to even the billing information.

Aaron: Yes, I see that now after creating a test acct as Read Only...thanks for the info.

Also, in case anyone was interested in other missing items:

Under the "Reporting" menu, "Scheduled Reports" is missing, and the "Total Requests", "Queries Per Second" and "Top Requests" graphs show nothing at all while viewing as Read Only.

The entire "Integrations" menu is missing.
