Check Blocked Websites by User

I have a user that was being blocked to a url. My techs would go into DNSfilter and unblock the site and ask the user to try again. The user would reply “it still doesn’t work”, and the techs will try again. This process goes on till they get it right and the user can browse to the site again.
We need a way that, after we unblock a site, we can check to see if that site is accessible for the user requesting it. A page where we can type in the domain name, select the internal user (and hopefully the policy applied to the user), and see the result BEFORE we tell the user it’s working?
I believe this would ELIMINATE all of this going back and forth and look more professional!

This functionality already exists! You can use the DNS Query Log to review recent lookups and manage domains directly. Add them to allow or block lists right from the Actions menu without leaving the log. This makes it easy to verify changes in real time and skip the back-and-forth. Closing this one out as complete!

With Roaming Clients, we can check Tools > Query Log, filter by "Blocked" and {Client Name} and see the exact URL they are having a problem with.
Deployments > Roaming Clients will let us check the exact Policy applied to the Client, and then we can add a URL to the Policies > Filtering / Universal Lists.
It can be a bit of back and forth within the app (3-4 different locations, as described) but it's rare we are told "it still doesn't work".
