Block page notification emails currently contain limited, generic context, making them difficult to route or parse automatically—especially for MSPs managing multiple clients from a single block page.
We'd like the ability to configure which fields are included in these emails, with support for at minimum:
  • MSP/Parent Organization name
    — for routing to the right client in a shared support inbox
  • Hostname and/or Username
    — to identify which device or user triggered the block
  • Sender address
    — use the end user's email as the "from" or include it in the body for ticketing system auto-assignment
Even simple toggles or a customizable template would meaningfully reduce manual triage for MSPs and IT teams at scale.
