I would also potentially like to see the option for a ticket to be opened directly from the block page with an email address entry so we can easily track unblock requests per client.

I'm moving this back to open. We will integrate with Connectwise (probably this year) but reserve the "planned" status for the very near future. Thanks for the continued feedback.

Billing integration with ConnectWise Manage directly via API, without Zapier, would be fantastic. Contuit would be another good source for this integration.

Zapier - Sync billing with CW Manage

Sync deployment counts from each site to the corresponding site in Connectwise Manage via the new Zapier integration. Trigger would be monthly, weekly, daily. Would just need to send the counts data to the corresponding "Addition" in the CW Manage Agreement. This would save a bunch of time in the billing reconciliation's for MSP's.
