CyberSight's introduction feels like a fantastic step forward towards addressing one of our biggest pain points with DNS-based filtering solutions. Particularly in schools, we're seeing a greater need for granular filter visibility without straining IT budgets, which was previously not achievable with DNSFilter alone.
Now that CyberSight gives us invaluable information such as full URL visibility, being able to access this information through API calls (same way we do for Query Logs) would allow for additional bespoke systems to be built on top, such as near-real-time reporting to end-users of specific search queries and application usage, or keyword-based alert systems. It's not quite URL filtering, but it allows us to tick boxes by giving users a wealth of information they did not have before.
