The ability to log and track domain unblock requests that users submit via the DNSFilter block page. Currently, there is no centralized way to view unblock requests submitted by end users. This creates visibility gaps for IT teams who want to review, prioritize, or audit requests.
Requested Functionality:
  • Log all user-submitted unblock requests from the block page into the DNSFilter dashboard
  • Include submission details: domain name, user/device (if available), timestamp, and policy context
  • Provide an exportable report or scheduled summary
  • Add filtering/sorting capabilities for faster review
