DNSFilter Block page notifications - Multiple recipients

I would love to see an overhaul of the Block Page notifications - Central Notification Center to manage alerts in portal and notify end users of resolution status (i.e requested reclassification, with update once reclassified, allowed, not doing anything). I think including several notifiers would be beneficial too, that said - DLs and Google groups are great for this, so its not a totally needed function.
We send the notification to our help email, and the our intranet extras the email the user enters, and makes a ticket in our system for the client based on domain. It works well for us, but on high-block days it is a lot of noise.

Yes at our company we created dnsfilter@ourcompany.com and added about 5 people to it so someone can react quickly. I am waiting for the ability for one of those admins to be able to click 'Approve' from that email to allow the site to be accessed.

Jeff Riffle: Thanks for sharing how your team handles this—that shared inbox approach is smart!
The ability to take action directly from block notification emails is on the horizon, so we encourage you to follow that feature request for progress.

Thanks for the suggestion! A feature like this would be really useful, and block page updates are on our short list for next year. When that project kicks off, this type of functionality will definitely be part of the conversation.
In the meantime, if you’d like multiple people to receive notifications, a simple workaround is to use a shared or distribution-style inbox (for example, it@...) and configure that mailbox to forward or replicate messages to the right team members.
