Hi!
I just want to clarify if you mean the same thing as me when you say "Ticket portal". I would like to se(as MSP administrator) all the active tickets and the ticket history(solutions and communication) from me and from my collegues. Is this what this feature request is about or should I create another one? The feature I'm looking for should be accessible within the App.
