Why does it fail when I export a block list as a CSV and try to reimport it into a different policy? What's the point in being able to import and export if the exported file is unreadable by the same software? Less of the feature request and more of a basic functionality request.

Thanks for flagging this, Holland, David—you're right that it's a frustrating experience, and we understand the head-scratch moment when software won't re-ingest its own export. This is a known limitation we're aware of, and hindsight being what it is, the CSV format should probably play nicer with reimport. We appreciate the patience on that one.
In the meantime, if your goal is to replicate filtering behavior across policies, duplicating the full policy and adjusting the category and threat block settings from there tends to be a quicker path than wrangling the CSV into the correct format for import—the duplicated policy maintains the allow and block list. Hope that helps bridge the gap!
