Longer One-Time Clean Up Activity Ranges
now
Tobias Linder
The 90 days range is risky for us since as sabatical or maternity leave can sometimes take up to 200 days or even more. Since we forbid the user to remove the app and profile there is no way to bring the device back online if the device entry was removed from DNSFilter. So the device has to be restored to factory default to bring it back online.
So it would be great if there would be more options that go up to 1 year.

Appreciate you sharing this! Funny timing—your Success Manager, Sam, passed this request along a few weeks ago, and our team’s already been digging in. We ran into a snag with how the data is hard-coded, so it’s taking a bit more work than we expected to get this updated. But we’re on it—the team is breaking down the work to get this done.
In the meantime, here’s a handy workaround to delete older agents from the grid view rather than the Clean Up Tool:
- From the RC Management dashboard, go to Preferences → Columns → add ‘Last Sync (EDT)’, then filter ascending to push older devices to the top.
- If you’ve just got a few to clean up: select by hostname checkbox → delete.
- If there are too many for that, use the Last Sync (EDT)filter to set a timeframe and bulk delete.
If you already know the date range you’re looking for, you can skip adding the column and just filter directly!
