Maintain relative search window

When searching the DNS query log, it's easy to define a relative timeframe (ex: Last 4 hours). Once that timeframe is set though, when you click refresh it maintains the same 4 hour window from when that option was originally chosen. Clicking refresh should also refresh the 4 hour window to be NOW-4 hours from the time the refresh occured.

🎉 As promised — this one's fixed and live! Clicking refresh in the Query Log now correctly updates the relative time window to the current moment, so "Last 4 hours" will always mean the last 4 hours from whenever you hit refresh. Check out the details here: changelog link. Thanks for catching it, Jordan! 🙌

Thanks for calling this out, Jordan Greene—you’re right, that’s not the expected behavior, and we can absolutely see how that would be frustrating when working with relative timeframes.
I’ve ticketed this with Engineering to investigate and correct the refresh logic. In the meantime, resetting the time filter (reselecting “Last X hours”) will refresh the window to the current timeframe as expected.
We’ll update this thread once we have progress on a fix.
