Management of DNS agent updates

I think we should consider giving the option of holding back an update to the agent until released from the dashboard. This could give us the ability to test on a few computers first before deploying to the entire company. We have had some rough days after updates have been pushed out and with have only deployed to a small percentage of our company.

This has been completed for MSP Accounts and Standard accounts. This will be available for MSP Customer accounts shortly.

There was also no notification of their being a new version or a changelog of what was new. I know it was partly fixing upgrading to 1803 breaking internet access but that's cause I was involved in reporting issue/testing the fix. And the agent page still links to a coming soon AD page and talks about a readme that doesn't exist instead of linking to the wiki page that does!

Isaac: This is very valid feedback.
- Starting with the next User Agent release (due within the next week), we will be updating our changelog with User Agent-specific updates: http://changelog.dnsfilter.com/
- We're switching to a new documentation system, and the Dashboard link will soon resolve to more-complete documentation, including Active Directory information.
- We decided not to include a Readme.txt file with the download, and will instead encourage using our new documentation system.
