Take action on blocked domains directly from email notifications

We're requesting the ability to approve or deny access to blocked domains directly from the email notifications generated by DNSFilter. Instead of logging into the dashboard, administrators should be able to click through from the notification email to quickly take action (e.g., add to allow list, keep blocked, or submit for review).
Customer Value: This would streamline the workflow for IT/security teams by reducing the number of steps required to manage blocked domain requests. It also provides a faster response time for end-users while maintaining admin control and oversight.

One-Click Allow Blocked Domain by Email Alert
Eric Nix
It would be nice if we could configure an option to email an administrator when a domain is blocked so many times (e.g., once, 10 times, etc.).
In addition to listing the blocked domain name, it should include any information DNSFilter has on the domain (or at the very least it should allow a one click link to get this information from the domain lookup tool on DNSFilter's website).
Finally, there should be a one-click option to add the domain name to an allow list (with option to limit this to 24 hours, 1 week, 30 days, or permanently allow it) and there should be an option to report the domain to DNSFilter as inaccurate.

Was thinking about this time. Would save tremendous amount of time for techs.

This one’s on our radar, but not right around the corner. We’ve got a couple of other Zorus features in motion first, and the unblock request flow will come after those.
The good news: it’s planned, and it’ll look similar to the current Zorus solution (peek here: https://support.zorustech.com/unblock-requests).
Thanks for the votes and feedback — it’s helping shape the order we build things in!

That sounds like a great idea to me, and this should require 1-3 clicks.
