Prevent DNSFilter uninstall on macOS RC

As an admin, I would like the ability to stop users from uninstalling the DNSFilter macOS RC. This would be for users who have admin accounts on the computer.

Is there a way to prevent the roaming client agent from being uninstalled so easily for MacOS?
Or maybe a way to force the agent to always be running on the machine that way you can't quit and uninstall?
I know there is an uninstall protection feature in the CleanBrowsing Desktop App. Just curious if there is something similar here.
