Rename Blacklist and Whitelist to Allow List and Block list

We stumbled on this request during a review and wanted to confirm that this change was made.

I think it totally makes sense to avoid this kind of terminology.
The whole linux plattform will move away from Blacklist and Whitelist:
Alternatives are denylist/allowlist and blocklist/passlist.

Thumbs down - everyone using this service should know what a whitelist and a blacklist are. Please do not implement this feature request.
