IT would be useful to have the likes of Intune/MS365/Entra ID as a category to block / unblock. Currently the list of links is hard to keep up with and something like MS365 is included in too many categories.

This really needs to be its own category. Controlling remote access tools is a core security measure—clients should only be able to use explicitly approved tools on their networks. Attackers are increasingly abusing legitimate remote access software for persistence and lateral movement, so tightening this down significantly reduces easy entry points and “low-hanging fruit” in many incidents.

Category for RMMs

It would be useful to have a category for blocking/unblocking all known RMMs. With the hacks of RMMs and power a hacker would have over systems when an RMM is hacked, it would be nice to categorically block all known RMMs and Allow List just the ones we want to allow.
