SecureTransit: Auto-enable off trusted network

Brett Nichols
Would it be possible to have SecureTransit enable automatically when off a specified network?

Thanks for the request, and to everyone who's voted! Here's the direction we're exploring:
Trusted networks
A trusted network is one the user has marked as private or home when they connected. SecureTransit respects that setting, so there's no extra list to configure.
Auto-enable on open networks
SecureTransit turns on automatically on any passwordless network. That covers most public Wi-Fi like airports, hotels, and coffee shops. Home networks almost always have a password since ISPs set one by default.
Public network prompt
The first time a device joins a new network that hasn't been classified, the user is asked whether it's public. If they say yes, SecureTransit turns on automatically every time they connect to that network.
