Set the email field as the sender when requesting whitelist
Lionel
It will be helpful to set the sender of whitelist request to the email that is entered into the email field.
Email notifying us of request to whitelist a website is shown as coming from support@netalerts.io and not the requester.
At a glance it shows us who it is coming from and also the PSA can tag it to the right company and user automatically.

Email alert tag Organization

when sending the block request email the organization tag does not work. I need to be able to put in the subject line the organization name to be able to filter it into our PSA.

I too would love this added, otherwise it is a manualy intervention every week/month by an engineer. It would be great to be able to customse the subject line with the organization name to be able to filter it into our PSA.

We'd have to include DNSF / netalerts in each client's SPF record in order for to be plausible. If client name or some abbreviation of it .. shoot even the clients domain name was included in the subject line at least with CW parser rules you could get the ticket assigned to the main contact at the client vs a catch-all.

FYI: The reply-to email is set to that email already. I find that to be convenient as we can reply directly to the customer.

Moshe de Freudiger: PSA look at the From field instead of the reply-to field.
