View all Support tickets for my Company

Is this launched for David and his company, or for everyone? How can I view all of my company's support tickets? I can only view my support tickets and those on which I've been CC'd.

Joel Biddle: You have this capability. Log into Help Center, check Activities, and select Organization requests.

Chris Todd I do now because I opened a support ticket to see if there was something I was missing, since this feature is marked as launched. It seems that this feature exists but isn't turned on by default for owners of accounts. I had to request it be turned on for this launched feature to be available to me.
