In reporting, it would great to see where I can manage outstanding and completed support tickets.
When I follow the links to help.dnsfilter.com my login is refused as invalid.
Signup screen says profile xxxx@.net is already created.
email/password works fine at www.dnsfilter.com

We use zendesk and just forward all unblock requests from DNSFilter to it and this works quite alright.
So I don't really see the big advantage in having an API call instead of a mail message but it would be nice to have a direct link in the Block Notification message to Instance > Tools > Domain Lookup to add the page to the whitelist.
