Relay Docker autostart

I migrated from the original Ansible deployment to the Relay Manager and generated a new relay.conf.
When I reboot the VM, the docker container does not autostart, and I think it should.
I have tried both
relay-manager start
and relay-manager install
in case it was a config issue, and config-manager update
to make sure everything was up to date. OS: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
Docker: 28.2.2

Thanks for sharing the details, Austin Haakenson
What you’re describing isn’t the expected behavior—the Relay container should start automatically after a reboot when installed through Relay Manager.
To help us diagnose what’s going on in your environment, could you
open a support ticket
and include diagnostic logs from the Relay Manager? Those logs will help our team see how the service is registering with Docker and why it may not be starting on boot. Please include:
- The Relay Manager diagnostic logs
- The output of docker ps -aafter a reboot
- Confirmation of the Relay version currently installed
Once Support has that information, they’ll be able to investigate further and identify what’s preventing the container from starting automatically.
