Windows RC Compatibility with Azure VMs

We are very interested in getting the DNSFilter Windows agent to work on Azure VMs running Windows Enterprise for Virtual Desktops (used in Azure Virtual Desktop).
We have already deployed DNSFilter to all endpoints we manage, but we cannot add the agent to the Azure VMs with the current functionality.

Chris: Hi Chris, thanks for replying - in our recent testing we've been able to run the RC on a VM by creating a separate NIC for the RC to use, while leaving the primary for the VM connectivity itself. Please review the configuration steps we recommend on this support doc. Let me know if you run into issues with these steps.

Nick Saunders I reviewed the steps and they are interesting, but I do not think that is a production grade solution that we can utilize for business critical client environments.
I would be open to a solution at the Azure infrastructure level instead of, or in addition to, something installed on the VM, but it would need to be a production grade solution.

Chris: Appreciate the feedback - is your concern the scalability of needing to modify the configurations on the VMs or something else?

Internally we have been testing configuration scenarios to resolve conflicts between our WinRC and Azure VMs - we'd like to have customers with Azure VM setups or experience to review the documentation and share any feedback.
If you're interested please reply to this post or email us at product@dnsfilter.com.

Nick Saunders: We'd like to test the roaming client on our AVD setups.

Brandon Thanks for replying - we've seen success in running the Windows RC with [these configuration steps] (https://help.dnsfilter.com/hc/en-us/articles/25845380770835-Win-RC-with-Windows-Azure-VMs) as long as multiple users aren't accessing the same VM simultaneously. Can you try that out and let me know if you run into issues?
