Bugs 🐞

Fixed a cache issue that could display the previous category for a domain (in Domain Report or Query Log) that has been recently recategorized.
Fixed an issue that prevented sub-org Admin users from accessing the By User tab in Data Explorer.
When a problem occurs processing payment for a credit card, the error message should now be more descriptive (for example "insufficient funds").
