Add Phone Number to Site Data

Trying use Zapier to connect data from DNSFilter to SyncroMSP. The connector wants a client/site phone number to associate the event with the correct client in Syncro. As it is now I have to hardcode the phone number and create a zap per DNSFilter Site. If we had a common phone number one zap would work for all clients.

Hi William we are marking this complete. As Mikey mentioned, you will now see a new, optional field, called "external ID" which can support up to 255 characters and can be updated. You'll see this under both sites and organizations!

Hi William, we have a new addition coming to Zapier next week. Tuesday Feb 1st. All sites and MSP organizations have a unique external ID. You should be able to use this instead of the requested phone number as your link with SyncroMSP.
