The ability to update the Billing page via API. As an MSP, we could greatly improve our workflow by automating agent count updates. Specifically, having API access would allow us to script a monthly process to accurately report the number of active agents by cross-referencing with our RMM. This would help ensure that our billing is always up-to-date and reduce the manual effort involved in updating agent counts across multiple sites.
