Dashboard Overview Page Refresh Frequency

I'd like the overview page to refresh less frequently so it gives me time to review the data. Ideally, it wouldn't refresh at all while actively viewing the page.

As shared on this update we've recently identified performance problems caused by the auto-refresh feature of the Overview and Insights pages. We will be re-introducing this capability with an opt-in settings to give control to the user which behavior they prefer.
