When looking at list of policies (under "Filtering") for a given organization, we should be able to click the "# sites" under the "Status" column to see and/or export a list of all sites assigned to that policy. However, access to view/export these sites should still respect access privileges for the current user (i.e., since the "Default" policy is global, it appears in the Policies -> Filter list under ALL organizations and shows that sites are assigned, even if those sites are not part of the currently-selected org; users should not be able to see those sites if they do not have access rights to the org that those sites belong to).
As an example, let's say I have 4 sites added to Org A, and assigned the "Default" filter policy (which is Global, and is seen in the list for all orgs). While I am looking at the Policies --> Filter list for Org B, under the "Status" column, it shows "4 Sites". As an owner/admin with full access to all orgs, I would be able to click that to see and/or export the list of those sites. However, as a user who only has access to Org B, it should either not show "4 Sites" at all, or if it does, it should not allow me to see/export the list of those sites.
