Insights Reporting Improvements

I posted this under a suggestion for more user roles, but the main purpose of my request seems to be this. I would love to have another option within an organization for "Reports Only" so that an authorized client we support, like the CEO, office manager, etc., has a way to log in and view more live reporting and gets much more detail than the incredibly minimal info and formatting the currently generated reports have. As of now if a client wants a report on what is being blocked, how often, and who is accessing it, or just monitoring from a particular roaming client, I'd have to take screenshots and make a document myself to email them to get that info to them, which should be built-in. As so much reporting info is already generated under the Reporting tab, maybe just an option to export the data as-seen (filters and views set, etc) to a pdf would be great; but also for a more real-time view I'd love to be able to grant super limited access to the client so they can jump in and see for themselves directly (similar to the view-only, but only has Reporting section and nothing else, don't really need clients seeing exactly how our policies are set up). Also for that external user login to be white-labeled with a replaced logo of choice and everything would be a great addition to that.
One more type of reporting, I'd love for the categories to be able to generate a report/notification based on that category for each 'hit,' for example on a policy if anyone tries to reach a pornography site I'd love for a report to be immediately generated and sent to a specified email address with the roaming client + user + site url + category + and date-time stamp.

One I always struggle with is when I'm drilling down to a bad domain and I click on it, I get a list of queries and I have to expand each one for more info. That info could easily be shown in the table without having to expand each one individually. Or you could simply let me click the domain, then show me a list of clients accessing the domain.
I realize you have it the way it is currently because on site filtering client isn't known, so it may be useful to add these additional views.
An example client history view for reference is what Cisco Meraki devices have. Very easy to drill down by network or by client and adjust policy right there.

Coming here from the Request 'MSP Agent Counts', we badly need a way to review & manage Roaming Agents from a single-pane of glass - not having to go 'customer by customer' from the Global 'MSP' level. I'd like to be able to click the 'Roaming Agents' widget on the global insights dash and be presented with ALL roaming agents across all customers, with the following key items:
- Agent Info: Status, Last checking/communication, agent version, Customer Name, Customer 'site'.
- Ability to export this data out of DNSFilter.
Right now we have to ask your support staff to generate this reporting for us and I have having to waste their time just so we can do our monthly stale device maintenance and billing true-ups.

It would be great if we could share insight dashboards with a unique public URL. We have dashboard screens at our office and it would be nice to see this data

Hey Michael. We do plan to have a unique url for all Insights views but I had not considered making it public for non-authenticated admins. Please explain your use case.
