Make it Easier to Find DNS Query Log Information

Some way to sort blocked sites by most recent. Would be helpful when trying to find a sub-site of a domain that the website isn't loading. For example, northerntool.com doesn't load if you have uncategorized sites blocked. Northerntool.com itself is categorized and allowed, but it apparently accesses a background site called yotta.net. It took way to long to figure this out, when a most recently blocked site would show this near the top of the list.

Good idea. Perhaps a trace surrounding all DNS queries issued arround a time by a specific User or IP would be useful. Maybe a button that could take associate a DNS logged entry and expand from that entry a series of DNS queries from that client into the past and downward through the event if interrest to current date time of a selectable range of how far back and how far forward to reveal DNS queries from this host could be useful to have

Hi Doug. The ability to see recently blocked sites is available today through the query log.
The data can be sorted and pivoted in any way you'd like, so you can get to the raw data quickly
Is there somewhere specific in the UI that you are trying to do this in which the query log doesn't work for you?

Ryan Poppa Thanks for letting me know. I was only looking under the reporting section. I didn't realize this was there.

Doug Paddock: I'm glad that I could help. Thank you for your feedback on not being able to find the Query Log intuitively.
Do you mind if I modify the title of this feature request to align to "making it easier to find full log data?"

Ryan Poppa Yes, that is fine. Thanks.
