More advanced user management
Thom
At this point the only roles are Admin and Ready Only. It would be great if there was a "custom" option where you can decide what a user can do. That way you can create accounts that only are allowed to edit the Whitelist, Blacklist and Time Schedules.
Besides this it would be nice if you can assign accounts to Deployments, so they are only able to edit the policies that are applied on their network.

This is something we are also looking for. In our case we would like to have a separate role for billing / subscription management.

More granularity than full Policy Management needed
I would like to give my service desk the ability to grant domain access in response to Blocked Domain requests without them being able to modify the entire policy.
To accomplish this, a role that permits Allow/Block list modification without full policy management is needed.
To add to this, I want to be able to scope my users access to just customer level and not allow them to modify anything at the global level.

This feature has come to my attention when raising about the ability to give users the ability to delete sub organizations (e.g. offboarding a customer) without needing to give them the Owner role.
Granularity with user permissions is essential.

For sure. I would love to have another option within an organization for "Reports Only" so that an authorized client we support, like the CEO, office manager, etc., has a way to log in and view more live reporting and gets much more detail than the incredibly minimal info and formatting the currently generated reports have. As of now if a client wants a report on what is being blocked, how often, and who is accessing it, or just monitoring from a particular roaming client, I'd have to take screenshots and make a document myself to email them to get that info to them, which should be built-in. Improving the reporting would help, but for a more real-time view I'd love to be able to grant super limited access to the client so they can jump in and see for themselves directly. Also for that to be white-labeled with our logo and everything would be even better. ...maybe this should get it's own request lol.

Add New Permission Role
Rolando
As a MSP, I have management users and techs. I want my tech to be able to go to a roaming client and change the policy depending on what the computer needs. They can't do that with Policy Only permission. The next permission is Admin but that gives them Billing access which we dont need them to get access to. Please create something in the middle that gives my tech full permission to manage our clients without needing to see the management side of DNSFilter for our MSP like billing, users management.

Enhanced User Roles
Adam
It would be great to have additional user roles that could be applied.
Currently we have 'read only,' 'manage policies,' and 'admin.'
It would be awesome if we could have a role such as 'environment admin' where the users assigned to the role could handle any admin tasks easily for all environments without needing to be a full admin.
I'm sure there's other ideas out there that could further enhance this, but wanted to get an idea out there in general.

Yes please! Granularity with premissions is essential.
