I would like to have a notes field for the various areas such as within each policy, each collection, etc. So I can recall why I created that particular thing. For example, if the boss requests I unblock porn for him only, and I create a collection with only his computer for that purpose, I'd like to have a note that says "Reference ticket #12345, boss requested access to porn".

Already available! Both Collections and filtering policies include editable description and notes fields — perfect for adding context like ticket numbers, reasons for creation, or, you know, whatever the boss requested.

Having a Notes Field avalaliable for policies and collections would be a very nice addition. We then could shorten the names of policies and collections. As mentioned above, an Incident Number or keywords could be inlcuded to help provide more insight to the policy. This would be very helpful to admins or junior admins.
