There is a mix of requests here. 1. See who is currently logged into a laptop and 2. See who was logged in when an event was triggered. Both of these functions currently exist in our Roaming Client Management dashboard and our DNS Query Log.
Furthermore, we are introducing a new feature in Q4, CyberSight that gives explicitly use behavioral analytics that discerns what a user explicitly did versus the machine. This will come in phases of new dashboard screens throughout the quarter, but sort of indirectly related to this open request.

Just to clarify, we really need to know the logged in user when the event was triggered. Not necessarily the currently logged in user.

I could see this being useful for a laptop that has multiple users - we have clients that keep a laptop in their conference room to use for presentations; or in a Remote Desktop Server situation where multiple users login to work from remote locations.

Hi Steve,
In the reporting dashboard I would like a column (Logged in user) which indicates who is currently logged onto the device.
This will efficiently allow the administrator to administrate the device.

Lokken Wong: Got it. Am I correct that this is a virtual environment then with multiple users logging in?

Lokken Wong can you provide more details so we can understand the use case on this one?
