Roaming Client List

Hi Team, the new interface is looking great. The only functionality which we seem to have lost with this update which is great for doing quick visual checks is the ability to sort the columns. Previously we used to sort by "Last Traffic Received" or by "Last Sync" Last Traffic Received is present, but we cannot sort on it and we can not at a glance see when a RC was last sync'd. I realise there are other mechanisms to now see this, but it is immensely helpful to be able to see this at glance as this quickly tells us if the device may be offline temporarily or if it has been off for a longer period of time. The other element to this, is when running the "Clean Up" feature it is an all or nothing option, in other words, the RCs that have not been active for x days will all be removed. We want greater flexibility to be able to find and then select specific RCs to remove as sometimes we know that a user is on a long holiday or a device is being repaired so we do not want to remove it along with all the other RCs that are not connecting that do need to be removed.
So, two requests here:
- Allow us to sort by Last Traffic Received
- Allow us to choose to show Last Sync time/date column and sort by it in the main Manage RC pane.
Thanks

I second Jack's response. I am blown away this was requested 2 1/2 years ago. I saw this switched to in progress 2 months ago.

Chris: We're putting the final touches on this enhancement. It's part of a broader improvement to the Roaming Client page. We're going to follow-up with you and see if you're interested in trying this out. We can enable it and get your feedback.
Chris
Steve Staden: Hello Steve, Yes. I am interested in trying it out. Thank you for asking

I am wondering why it is so delay to get this highly useful feature. This issue was actually raised in December 4, 2020.

Jack Taugher: We're going to follow-up with you on getting early access to this feature. It is close to being released.

Mikey @DNSFilter Can you please respond to any of the CSV export feature requests? The only response you've made in this post is to Scott about merging, the rest has been merging other like requests which doesn't clear up where you are with this feature request from almost 2 years ago now.
Thanks in advance!
Mikey @DNSFilter
Hi Saul Sykes. Thanks for the call out. I actually have a new position at DNSFilter as the MSP Evangelist. Basically, making sure MSP customers like you have what they need to excel with DNSFilter and just at business in general. We're working on some fun stuff to be of service to our MSP Partners launching early next year.
Regarding this feature; I just saw a draft of the product team's current proposal yesterday and I think you'll be happy. The goal is to revamp the roaming client page in the web app to provide more value like; what is the status of deployed roaming clients, which ones are offline, what is the current version, how many macOS vs Windows clients are there?
And yes, exporting of the roaming client list. I have no indication of a launch date but like I said, you will be happy. Stay in touch!

Mikey @DNSFilter looks like there is another request that might warrant merge or absorb of this one since this relates to global agent reporting as well: https://dnsfilter.canny.io/feature-requests/p/msp-centralized-management
Mikey @DNSFilter
Thanks Scott Thomson. We considered merging but felt the request was different enough to leave separate. And, you're hired!

Ability to Export list of Roaming Clients
Jeremy
I would like to be able to look at list of Roaming Clients that are offline/online to check against recent deployments from our lower level techs so that I don't need to give them access the Dashboard. I understand that Read-Only is an option when creating users, but there are somethings that they cannot be privy to.
