Roaming Client / User Internet History Report
launched
Matt
I work with a lot of Education institutions and we often get safeguarding questions around the internet history of a pupil / their device.
I've never been able to get a genuinely good, detailed report for this out of DNS Filter that I felt would have been useful to the staff requesting it.
If you could select a roaming client or a user and then click a button to launch an excel/CSV report with their internet history for (24hrs, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days) would be absolutely AMAZING.......
The report would look similar to the attached screenshot
Obviously if you were running it for a user then the username would never change and the column could be omitted and if it was for a roaming client then the device column would never change.

Matt: This is doable with the query log today. You can filter based on input (such as roaming client) and filter based on status and other inputs over a set time period. I've shared two screenshots.
You can edit the columns you see as well to better fit what you'd want to see. You can then export it.
This looks to cover your use case, so I'm going to mark this with a status of "Launched". If there is something else you would like to request that is related or if I missed the mark on the ask, we can always reopen or create a new post.
One thing to note is that the screenshot you shared has full URL's in it. If the ask is to filter and report on full URL's on top of the FQDN's we collect, that would be a different view since we only see DNS traffic
