Feature Requests

I'd love to see a section within the MSP Dashboard that allows for Global Management of client sites/policies/block pages. Ideally this would include a list of all sub-organizations with the ability to set/change policy and block page assignments without having to impersonate each organization to do so.

A list of all roaming clients should be visible on the MSP dashboard.

At the MSP level, it would be great to have a Clean Up or Bulk deletion option to remove any inactive or uninstalled Roaming Clients from the DNSFilter dashboard for all organizations, rather than having to navigate to each sub-org and run the clean up tool.

In MSP Dashboard > Reporting > Insights >All threats by domain. A search by domain name is available but it would be useful if there is a filter by category, for example, someone can type "business" in the text field and gets a list of that category.

When you have clients with multiple sites, we name the site the city in which the site resides. When I have clients that all have locations in the same city this makes this worthless to read at a glance.

I find it weird. That when I select Insight on any customer site, Insight actually gives me their data. It lists All organizations (customer site) When I pick mine, it just lists All organizations. There is no difference in the Insight report when switching between the global and the auto created first location. This means the insight isn't limiting or providing any information for our office like it does for our customers

Invited users currently have access if invited to all or none of the policies. This is over sharing and a security problem for MSPs where the client wishes to have access and modify their own companies policy. This needs to be restricted.

MSP accounts should be given priority and allowed to have access to the auto-update for the Windows Roaming Client so that they can test out a new release before deploying it out to other clients.
