Hi all, we've updated our documentation with instructions on how to use a custom Logo in Scheduled Reports. This feature is available to all MSP accounts by navigating to
MSP
-> Whitelabel
and uploading your own Logo. We're also working on content updates to the current Scheduled Reports so please add your requests and follow along with that post.

Nick Saunders Upon Scheduling a Test Report, the "Preview Report" PDF says "Powered by DNSFilter..." on the last page. Does this appear on the real report?
Nick Saunders
Erick Maldonado: Hi Erick, yes while the Logo can be customized and the email address is generic there is a small message at the bottom of the report.
Erick Maldonado
Nick Saunders Thanks for this update. Please consider removing that message so it is fully whitelabeled. The agent processes.exe and website block page is already fully whitelabeled, the report should be too.
Nick Saunders
Erick Maldonado: Appreciate the feedback — we'll definitely consider it as part of our Improvements work

Absolutely. Also if the reports could be more granular, they're incredibly minimalistic with no way to customize them. Having generated reports for us is nice, but for a report to send to a client I'd love to have views and data that more closely mirror the options that exist under the Reporting tab with the option to include each section in the report or not and how to display it in a similar way. Most clients who I've spoken to that request reports would want more granular info, and I'd rather not have to take screenshots of all the info that is already generated and formatted under Reporting to make a PDF myself.

This is the reason we do not use scheduled reports for our clients. Our clients pay for us to manage everything for them and getting a report that does not have our branding just undermines that.
