DNSFilter chrome extension manifest v3 availability?

When is the DNSFilter chrome extension going to be upgraded from manifest v2 to v3? Hopefully before Google completely depreciates V2.

Sync AD email address attribute so Chromebook users can be linked to same filtering policy

Please also sync the email address attribute from AD so users from AD can be linked with their corresponding email address when they sign in on a Chromebook. The same filtering policy should be applied to the same user whether they are logging in on Windows or Chrome.
