Automatic alert when a threat/malicious activity is detected by DNSFilter at one of your sites.

We want to set up email alerts or notifications regarding agents' status it's not communicating / offline or not syncing with the portal from the last few days. We don't want to check manually the status of the DNS-Filter agents.

It would be nice if we could configure an option to email an administrator when a domain is blocked so many times (e.g., once, 10 times, etc.). In addition to listing the blocked domain name, it should include any information DNSFilter has on the domain (or at the very least it should allow a one click link to get this information from the domain lookup tool on DNSFilter's website). Finally, there should be a one-click option to add the domain name to an allow list (with option to limit this to 24 hours, 1 week, 30 days, or permanently allow it) and there should be an option to report the domain to DNSFilter as inaccurate.

Feature to alert administrators if a domain they previously accessed later gets flagged as P&D or malware.

I would like to receive an email when I site goes red. I know there are more complicated ways to do this elsewhere, but this would be a great feature to add to future admin email notifications.

Can I request the ability to set up email alerts every time a request gets blocked. Thanks!

It would be great if there was a report that stated how often a Bypass password was used and by who?

Category changes to major sites like facebook should be sent as announcements to admins before they are put in place. This has made a major mess for us and created dozens of pissed off clients.

It would be great if you could have new client added alert. Options (Daily, Weekly, or immediately).

When receiving an email requesting recategorization the email needs to include the domain name that was requested to be recategorized. This helps with documentation
