Looking for the ability to schedule a report that emails subscriptions totals by organization to an AP/AR rep with details to reconcile our charges from Pax8. Only system Admin's have access to the subscriptions page and those are not provided to staff on the accounting team.

An improvement where all reports and links are fully whitelabeled, ensuring no DNSFilter branding is visible. This includes removing any references or hyperlinks that directly reference DNSFilter, allowing customers to present the reports entirely under their own brand identity. Scheduled reports currently have DNSFilter footers and e-mail layout that is not suitable for distributing externally, unless we save the document and cut out the footer to send it manually.

Company specific report that I can have auto email once a month. Number of DNS requests the company has made. Number by of requests by category (top xx), number of blocked site by type/reason/category. List of company spefci white/black listed domains

Would like to see all policy audit logs at the MSP level. Currently, we have to go through each tenant to see what policies were modified.

Ability to run a report by company for all websites visited in he past 30, 60, 90 days.

I work for an MSP organization and across our deployment of roughly 8k agents the Block Request form has been working as expected. Over time though, we have discovered instances of a block request investigation where it would be useful for the following features in the Block Request Form. While I can understand that our current naming scheme of a short-code may not have been the best naming convention initially, I don't want to start manually re-naming every policy if it could be helped. -(A) the host-name of the roaming client where the request came from if applicable -(B) the organization the roaming client was either installed under or the organization that the referenced filter policy is located under. Example situation for requested features: During a recent block request investigation, the tech performing the investigation discovered that the roaming client appeared like it was installed incorrectly under a different organization based off the filter policy flagged. With no global way to search for a specific roaming client to see where it was, the tech determined that the best course of action was re-installing the roaming client which resolved the issue.

Roaming Client Uninstall Summary Alert emails are nice. However, Roaming Client Install Summary Alert emails would be far more beneficial, especially for billing purposes. We send our customers a link to download the filter but have no way to know how many downloads they perform unless we go into the dashboard and manually check every organization and compare their roaming clients against their invoices. This is far from ideal, nobody has time to do that everyday.

Client wants to know what his employee has been doing. Top Domains by Roaming Client was as close as we could get. The CVS is nice, the clients like pretty graphs. Please include these in a PDF export.

It would be ideal to click on a global policy and see which customers are using the policy rather than just the number of customers, even if it was just a tab within the policy to see which customers it was assigned to so we could click and jump to that client.

Ideally, we would like to report on each customers Filter policies, what is set on each, categories blocked, URL’s whitelisted and blocked, SafeSearch setting, Threats Set, AppWare blocked and unblocked,. We have a few customers now and having to go into each customer to report on the current settings can be time consuming.
